Heard from the radio talk show today that more and more man are learning how to cook. More and more women are finding a partner's ability to cook as important as other attractive features (looks, personality, status, income, etc.)

Metrosexual:
Straight men who appreciates the finer things in life and enjoys making himself look good; be it through styling his hair or wearing fashionable clothes.

Gastrosexual:
Men who cook, taking the household chore part away from it, and turning it more into a hobby, used to impress friends and prospective partners.

There is a trend of increasing number of gastrosexuals. More men are not afraid to explore his artistic side and even feminine side through cooking. This is so true for me. I love to cook and cook for others! Since I can wipe up 3 dish and 1 soup for a meal, I expect my future partner be able to do the same. Sadly, many women turn away upon hearing this request. In fact, increasing number of my male friends know/can cook. I think this is not a surprising trend...

Today we went for a staff retreat at Science Arts. There we learn some knowledge in TCM and I had a chance to be the demo for acupuncture. Miss Beatrice Tay offered herself for cupping while Mr Edwin Cho advance cupping techniques. The cupping techniques is painful and caused Mr Cho's blood to surface. According to the doctor, it is due to Mr Cho's old sports injury.

I went for a free blood test and discovered that I am slightly aenemic and poor digestive system. In the end, I bought myself some herbal capsules. A number of teachers also seen the doctor and bought some medicines and herbs.

Half the day is spend there. In the afternoon, had to rush to produce the Comic notes for next week's lessons as well as the Photoshop workshop. This is going to be a very busy terms as there are only 5 working weeks (short and busy). I have to cordinate 3 competitions trainings as well as normal PW lessons. Maybe, I need to also take over Mr Shah's classes as he is leaving by next month.

Wonder how am I to survive this term. Hopefully, I will survive...
